2 Eligibility

The User confirms that they have the legal capacity and authority required to use the Platform and enter into commercial transactions, and that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3 Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Sharing account access with unauthorized parties is prohibited.
• YANA Holidays reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in cases of suspected unauthorized use, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5 Bookings and Pricing

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Prices displayed on the Platform may change until the booking is successfully confirmed.
• Airlines, hotels, and other service providers may apply their own terms and conditions.
• Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all booking details before confirmation.

6 Amendments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Amendments, cancellations, and refund requests are subject to the policies and conditions of the relevant Service Provider and may be subject to additional fees or charges.

7 Travel Agencies and Corporate Users

• The Platform is intended for authorized travel agencies and corporate users.
• Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
• Users must provide accurate booking information and service details to their clients.
• Users are solely responsible for managing their commercial relationships with their customers.
• YANA Holidays reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in cases of policy violations or misuse.

8 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including trademarks, logos, content, software, designs, and materials, are owned by or licensed to YANA Holidays and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

• YANA Holidays shall not be liable for:
• Flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service disruptions caused by airlines.
• Changes, cancellations, or service issues related to hotels or other suppliers.
• Events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform or its Services.

10 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless YANA Holidays, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

11 Amendments to the Terms

YANA Holidays reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Suspension and Termination
